Since 1922 The Poppy Factory in Richmond, Surrey has been employing disabled ex-Service men and women in the production of poppies and wreaths.

OUR VISION
Our vision is that all disabled ex-Service men and women should have the opportunity of undertaking satisfying paid employment, consistent with their abilities.

OUR MISSION
The mission of The Poppy Factory is to provide paid employment opportunities for disabled ex-Service men and women.
The Poppy Factory is now expanding its mission and as an additional objective, wish to support paid working schemes for disabled ex-Service men and women within other organisations throughout the country.

EMPLOYERS
The Poppy Factory is prepared to provide funding to support this employment and is seeking employers who have employment opportunities which would suit disabled ex-Service men and women.
